The Science Centre, Experimentarium City, in Christianshavn is Copenhagen's 3,000 m2 attraction where children and adults will be able to see, touch and experience science in all its forms.
With a view to Nyhavn, The Royal Danish Playhouse and The Opera, you can experiment and learn about yourself, your senses and your body. You can excersice your skills in everything from ski jumping to curling in the new exhibition Winter Sports.

Have you ever considered why biathlon is so difficult? And curling? The winter gets more excited when the interactive exhibition Winter Sports opens at Experimentarium City during the Winter Olympics. You can try more than 25 activities - both well-known and lesser-known winter sports.

Fun in the sun

Outdoor activities are also part of the Experimentarium City. With areas of 1,000 m2 on the sunny side of the Copenhagen harbour, you can try the ice rink in the first couple of months.

According to the seasons, there will be various activities the whole year.

You can also enjoy the view from the waterfront with a cup of coffee and a bite to eat from Copenhagen Street Food while your children explore Experimentarium City.
