| Nestled at the foot of Mauao, our park faces the ocean and the harbour providing a little slice of paradise for everyone. With stunning views and various accommodation options in the heart of Mount Maunganui this is the classic Kiwi summer hotspot. Our camping sites vary in size from small to spacious and are suitable for families or groups travelling together a well as the single explorer. There is plenty of room to spread out the camping gear, bikes, BBQs – even the boat. Fall asleep with the sound of the waves and wake up to the sound of the birds on Mauao. The holiday park divides into three different areas: the Ocean Park, Pilot Park and harbour park each with its own special character. Each of the three areas has its own amenity block with a fully equipped modern shared kitchen, BBQ areas, toilets, showers and laundry facilities. Relax and enjoy the great "kiwi camping experience" and if you feel like a treat, explore restaurants and cafés close by. All caravans and campervans who wish to connect to power must have a current electrical Warrant of Fitness displayed at all times. Caravans and campervans without a warrant must not be connected to the power boxes. Tents may be connected to power boxes with an approved isolating transformer. Vans left unoccupied on a site must disconnect power leads. |
