It is no coincidence that a statue in the square to remember the remarkable architect Miklós Ibl, then get up right beside his many buildings. Among the most monumental of Ibl include the State Opera, St. Stephen's Basilica and the reconstruction of the Royal Palace.
Initially served to supply water to the Royal Palace, but in 1903 was converted into coffee houses the Casino-Valentine Restaurant.
